I like to start by writing down my intention on paper, and putting that in the box. This is going to be the basis for everything else that goes in your manifestation box.

Just think about it, before you set up your box, your desires were just a concept in your imagination. Now you have tangible manifestations that represent your progress. You literally just turned thoughts to things! And your manifestations will only get bigger as you move forward.
Some people recommend tucking your manifestation box away until your desires have unfolded. I completely disagree. The whole point of this exercise is to create something that you can add to, meditate on, and enjoy throughout your manifesting journey.
