US Shipping

Orders typically ship within 3 business days. You will receive an email notification that contains tracking information once your order has been shipped. Most customers should receive their order within 7 business days of purchase. Items are shipped via USPS. If you have any questions or concerns, feel free to email thehavenshoppe@gmail.com to inquire about the status of your order.

International Shipping

Coming soon! International shipping isn’t available quite yet. This will be offered in the future, as The Haven Shoppe continues to expand. Thank you for your patience and understanding as I grow this one woman show!

Exchanges & Refunds

Due to the nature of my products, I cannot accept returns. However, your satisfaction is my top priority. These products should bring you joy! If you’re unhappy, I want to know. Please reach out to thehavenshoppe@gmail.com with any concerns about your purchase. The Haven Shoppe does not assume responsibility for reimbursement for packages lost in transit. However, I do take responsibility for ensuring your items arrive in one piece. Items are packaged with great care, and no issues have ever been reported. But accidents do happen! If your order arrives broken or damaged, just send a picture within 24 hours of receipt, and I’ll replace your item.

Payments

The Haven Shoppe offers secure online ordering, using PayPal. You don’t need a PayPal account to place an order; follow the prompts and you can pay with your credit card once you’re on the PayPal site. Sales tax is required on orders shipped within New York at the local tax rate.
